The property is as advertised - nothing extravagant to the house but great location to the beach. No, the house isn't full in the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a great deal of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.
